The arrest was made at a hotel in Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit 42, where it was found that the suspect had brought a 13-year-old boy in for prostitution. Police found evidence of prostitution conversations on his mobile phone and, during initial questioning, Mr. Phiraphat confessed that he had brought the 13-year-old boy to prostitution.
